Meet a Being

Create an intention that your group will do a meditation where you meet a being in preparation for eventual face-to-face contact. Have the group think about what kind of being they would like to meet:

Human-like? Non-human like? Some to pick from: Pleiadians, Nordics, Apunians, Hathors, Lion Beings, Arcturians, Avian Beings, Benevolent Greys and Reptilians, etc.

Alternatively, they could meet members of the ET team assigned to your CE-5 group or their personal ET emissary.

(Fun fact: Paul Hellyer, one of Canada’s past defence ministers, says that there are 82 alien species that are known to have visited the earth.)

Open the meditation with any kind of breathing or relaxing exercise. You can move through a muscle tensing and relaxing exercise, or you can use a visualization of getting on an elevator and counting down ten floors, getting more and more relaxed with each level passed. It’s especially important to be as relaxed as possible while doing this meditation, so take your time on this part—make it about half of the whole meditation. The goal is to get as relaxed as the state we are all in just before we wake up: This is often the most relaxed moment in our day.

Once you have brought everyone into a deeply relaxed state, have each person create a safe place where they would like to meet an Extraterrestrial being. It could be a sacred place, a park, a meadow, the beach where Jodi Foster met her “dad” in the movie Contact, a Galactic Space Station, etc. If you used the elevator technique, have the doors open into this safe place. As each person enters into this space, have them flesh out the details: the sights, the sounds, the smells, the ground under their feet. Have them walk to the place where they will meet the being.

Have each person create their invitation however they wish: a telephone call, a telepathic call, a written invitation, an email, etc. Visualize the being receiving the message and starting on their way.

Now have the group imagine the first level of contact. Is it viewing a spaceship far away? Seeing the being standing at the edge of the far end of the beach? Sit with that for a moment. Acclimatize to it and continue to breathe and feel deeply relaxed.

Now tell the group to ask the being to come closer. Give the group about five minutes to connect with this being at the pace that is most comfortable to them. Remind them to keep cultivating their state of deep relaxation. Point out to your group that each is in control of this interaction, and that they can ask the being to approach or retreat at any time. Tell them that if things feel uncomfortable or fearful, to breathe into the feelings and allow those feelings to melt away, replacing them with trust, love and appreciation. After the time has elapsed, instruct the group to wrap up their communication with the being.

Have them thank the being and listen for the being’s response. As the being moves away, remind the group to continue with that feeling of relaxation. Ask them to take note of how they are feeling: Are they impressed at their ability to manage their own emotions and allow this interaction to happen? Are they feeling appreciation for what they feel is a representation or real interaction of benevolence and love? Let them bask in the warmth of this interaction after being is gone.

Now, gently bring each person back to our shared reality. If you did an elevator ride, go back up the floors, feeling more awake as you pass each floor. Invite people to wiggle fingers and toes if they would like, and or to take a few deep breaths as they acclimatize back to your location.
